Delta Faucet has a reputation for trust, but the current website does not reflect that reputation, creating confusion and barriers to engagement for the key audiences that it relies on.
Goal

In order to identify opportunities for improvement, we conducted a heuristic evaluation
and competitive and comparative market analysis.
We identified these areas for focus moving into the "create" phase:

Based on the above, we crafted personas and their ideal user flows to inspire redesigned experiences.

We iterated on our designs by audience, each meant to alleviate a pain point for a specific persona.

Insight: Options are overwhelming, and industry filters can sometimes leave consumers more confused than when they started.
Goal: Help consumers decide which product is right for them in an approachable way.

Insight: Architects, designers, plumbers, and other professionals are looking for specific product details across products, and ways to make their workflow more efficient.
