OVERVIEW

Delta Faucet’s current website creates barriers to engagement for its key audiences, directly contradicting the brand’s reputation for trust and problem solving.

Our goal was to present a new DeltaFaucet.com that establishes the brand as a problem solver by guiding each user to the right solutions.

Delta Faucet’s current website creates barriers to engagement for its key audiences, directly contradicting the brand’s reputation for trust and problem solving.

Our goal was to present a new DeltaFaucet.com that establishes the brand as a problem solver by guiding each user to the right solutions.

CREATE

We redesigned user journeys for two target audiences -- consumers and professionals.

We completed a comprehensive site audit that helped us define and design experiences that meet users where they are, with the right content.

Step 1

Identify opportunities for improvement.

Performed a heuristic evaluation and market analysis to understand the industry landscape and where Delta Faucet fits in.

Step 2

Get to know our users.

Conducted in-depth interviews with people from each user-segment to understand their pain points

Step 3

Define and design experiences that meet consumers and professionals where they are in their journey -- whether that’s inspiration, learning and evaluation, purchase, or support.

Defined a simplified design guide that is modular, future-forward, and on brand. We applied that guide to support solutions for users and remove friction at the point of purchase.

ITERATE

After receiving client approval for the design direction, personas, and storyboards, we improved our designs, each meant to alleviate a pain point for a specific persona.
