CREATE
We designed a 0-1 subdomain of GoArmy.com to inspire, inform, and connect candidates with hiring managers.
Step 1
Define who we are creating for, and the purpose of the site experience.
We learned from research that the target audience for the site, adults 18-40, are interested in understanding opportunities for growth, meaning, balance and benefits when considering a new career.

Convey opportunities for growth and meaning by highlighting current Army Civilians and their stories.
Step 3
Establish information architecture and content strategy for all pages to be findable and informative for users.
Step 4
Leverage existing GoArmy design system and document component modifications needed to design pages that are on-brand, engaging, and inspiring.
